This lecture explores the essence and mechanisms of Generative AI, its various types, and some real-world examples. You will learn the basics of the art of building effective prompts to enhance the interaction with Generative AI models, specifically Large Language Models, for everyday tasks.

This lecture discusses how Copilot works, explains how to use it effectively for more productive coding, and explores the challenges that come with AI-generated code.
